Recruiter benefits from the same optimization: Rec-place will show them only jobs they are competent about (whether in relation to the skillset needed, or to the geographical location for the candidate’s assignment). Everything is shown clearly and precisely and recruiters can focus 100% on the provision of the proper candidates.
Major improvements have been applied also on the data entry side of the portal: adding a cv is not time consuming as it is on many websites and recruiters can work more comfortably.
Rec-place and its users speak English only: both clients and recruiters should communicate in the same language, and English is the international standard for the industrial world.

Their identity and details will never be disclosed.
Gender, religion, ethnicity, physical impairment, or any other discriminating element which could bar them from an equal opportunity has been removed. Only their technical skills and their recruitment ability matter.
